1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using LittleClues, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

LittleClues is an informational journaling and tracking application designed to help parents and caregivers log food consumption, symptoms, observations, and notes.

LittleClues is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. No Medical Advice

LittleClues does not provide medical advice.

Any information, summaries, trends, or tracking features within the app are provided for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns or treatment decisions.

You should never delay seeking professional medical advice based on information recorded in the app.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use LittleClues.

The app is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • the information you choose to enter into the app,
  • maintaining access to your device,
  • any decisions made based on information recorded in the app.

You understand that names, labels, notes, and entries entered into LittleClues may be fictional, informal, or user-defined.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the app,
  • attempt to reverse engineer the app,
  • interfere with app functionality,
  • use automated tools to scrape or extract the app,
  • use the app for unlawful purposes,
  • redistribute or resell the app without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

LittleClues and its associated branding, design, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce parts of the app except as permitted by law.

8. Local Data Storage

Most app data is currently stored locally on your device.

We are not responsible for:

  • data loss caused by device failure,
  • app deletion,
  • operating system issues,
  • device replacement,
  • user actions.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups where available.

9. Third-Party Services

LittleClues integrates with third-party services including app stores, analytics providers, crash reporting systems, and RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. LittleClues Pro and Subscriptions

LittleClues Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features, including full per-food analysis, confounding detection, elimination and reintroduction pattern recognition, and doctor-ready PDF reports.

LittleClues Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, at the price displayed in the app and on the applicable app store listing at the time of purchase. A free trial may be offered on select subscription plans; if offered, its length and terms will be shown before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time within a period.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by LittleClues. Depending on your location, you may also have certain rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a right to withdraw from a purchase within a statutory period, where such rights apply.

Purchases made through app stores are additionally governed by:

  • Apple App Store policies,
  • Google Play Store policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

LittleClues is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability,
  • accuracy of logged information,
  • compatibility with all devices,
  • error-free operation,
  • medical accuracy or outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleClues and its operator shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,
  • health-related decisions,
  • allergic reactions,
  • missed symptoms,
  • data loss,
  • device issues,
  • reliance on information recorded in the app.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app or parts of the service at any time.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will include a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of LittleClues after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
