3.1 Information Stored on Your Device
LittleClues primarily stores your journal entries locally on your device.
- This may include:
- food logs,
- symptom entries,
- notes,
- custom names or labels entered by users,
- timestamps and tracking history.
We do not currently provide cloud accounts or cloud synchronization.
We do not have access to this locally stored information.
3.2 Diagnostics and Analytics
To help improve website and app performance and usability, we may collect limited technical and usage information through third-party services such as:
- Microsoft Clarity,
- Sentry.
This information may include:
- anonymous app usage statistics,
- crash reports,
- device type,
- operating system version,
- app or website interactions (e.g., clicks, navigation patterns, session recordings or heatmaps),
- approximate usage data,
- app version,
- general diagnostic information.
Analytics and diagnostics may be enabled only after obtaining your consent where required by applicable law.

If you contact us using the “Report an issue” or similar support features, your email application may include:
- an internal app-generated identifier,

We currently do not:
- require user accounts,
- require legal names,
- collect payment information,
- collect precise location data,
- collect biometric information,
- host or store journal content on our servers,
- intentionally collect personal information from children.
5. Children’s Privacy
LittleClues is intended for use by parents and caregivers and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Users are responsible for the information they choose to enter into the app.
6. Website Analytics and Cookies
Our marketing website and blog may use analytics and tracking technologies such as:

- Microsoft Clarity.

We may use a third-party service such as ipinfo to approximately determine a user’s geographic region based on IP address in order to apply appropriate privacy and consent settings.

However, no software or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for securing access to their own devices.

LittleClues may be used worldwide.
By using the app, you understand that information processed by third-party providers may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction.

LittleClues may introduce optional future features such as:
